What we collect when you write to us or ask for a guide, who sees it, and how to see, correct or delete it. Shoor Holdings LLC is responsible for it.

In short |
|---|
We don’t set cookies of our own. Framer counts visits without them. |
Writing to us through the contact form never puts you on a mailing list. |
Ask what we hold about you at hello@automindly.com and we answer within 30 days. |
1. Who we are
Automindly is a trade name of Shoor Holdings LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. “We” and “us” in this policy mean Shoor Holdings LLC. We decide how the personal information described here is used.
Questions about this policy go to hello@automindly.com.
2. What we collect
What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, work email, website, phone number, team size and a message. Only some of these are required. If you email us or speak with us on a call, we also keep what you tell us there.
When you ask for a free guide. The form on our free resources page asks for your first name and email address, and records which guide you asked for, when, and whether you ticked the box to receive emails from us. Our email provider also records whether our emails to you are delivered and opened, and which links in them you click.
What the site records by itself. Our website host, Framer, counts visits. It records the pages viewed, the site that referred you, the type of device and browser, and an approximate country. It does this without cookies and without building a profile of you.
We do not buy personal information about website visitors from anyone.
3. What we use it for
To reply to your message and arrange a call.
To judge whether Automindly suits your business, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
To keep a record of our conversation with you.
To see which pages are read, so we can improve the site.
To email you the free guide you asked for.
If you ticked the box, to send you new guides and occasional emails about Automindly. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list.
We do not send marketing emails to people who fill in the contact form, and we do not add them to a mailing list. Asking for a free guide without ticking the box gets you that guide and nothing else.
Where the law asks for a legal basis, ours is your request (you contacted us or asked for a guide, and we are answering), your consent for marketing emails (the box you ticked, which you can withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
4. Who sees it
Your message is read by the founder. We never sell personal information, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
It passes through a small number of companies that provide the services we run on: Framer, which hosts the site and delivers the forms; Cloudflare, which passes contact form messages from the site to our own records; Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., United States), where we keep contact form messages and our notes on each conversation; Slack (Slack Technologies, LLC, United States), where we are told when a new message arrives; Hostinger, which runs our hello@automindly.com mailbox; Google, which provides the inbox our contact form messages also arrive in; and Kit (ConvertKit LLC, United States), which holds our list of guide subscribers and sends the guide emails. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
We use Viktor (Zeta AI, Inc., United States), an AI assistant, to help us keep those notes up to date and find a conversation quickly. It reads our records; it never contacts you, and every reply you get is written and sent by us.
We will disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Your business data, if you become a client
This policy covers the website and our conversations with you. The Automindly OS itself is installed on your own computers and runs under your own accounts. We do not keep a copy of the business information you put into it. The licence agreement you receive before buying sets that out in full.
6. Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and the free guide form sets none either: it sends your name, email address and choices straight to Kit without loading anything from Kit onto the page. The emails Kit sends include a small tracking pixel that tells us whether an email was opened, and their links record when they are clicked. If anything else changes, this page will say so before it does.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages, our notes on them and related emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. We keep your guide sign-up for as long as you stay on our list. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address and the date, so we never email you again by mistake. If you become a client, we keep the records of that sale for as long as tax and company law require.
8. Where it is stored
Our providers store information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. By contacting us you understand your information will be handled there. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the ones our providers have in place.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of them. Email hello@automindly.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Security
We limit access to your information to the people and services named above and protect our accounts with strong sign-in controls. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
