1. Who we are

This website is run by Shoor Holdings LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as Automindly. “We” and “us” mean Shoor Holdings LLC.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What this website is

The website describes the Automindly OS and lets you get in touch. Nothing can be bought on it. It is information, not an offer that can be accepted by using the site.

3. Buying Automindly

A purchase is agreed directly with us, in writing, after a conversation. It is governed by a separate licence agreement that you receive before you pay. If that agreement and this website ever say different things, the agreement decides.

We don’t publish prices. We quote each business in writing after a first call, and the price in that written quote is the one that applies.

4. Examples on the website

The screens, questions, answers, names and figures shown on the website are illustrations of how the system works. They are not real client records, and they are not a promise of a particular result in your business. What the system does for you depends on your business and on the information put into it.

Nothing on the website is legal, financial or tax advice.

5. Our content

The text, design, pictures, animations and the Automindly name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Using the website

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful;

• try to gain access to our systems, or interfere with how the website works;

• copy the website in bulk by automated means;

• send false or misleading information through the contact form, or use it to send advertising.

7. Messages you send us

How we handle what you send through the contact form is set out in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include confidential business information in a first message; we can agree how to handle that before you share it.

8. Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as our profiles on X and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. No warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or up to date, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business or data, and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability to clients for the Automindly OS is set out in the licence agreement, not here.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute about them or about the website will be heard in the courts of Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you that cannot be waived.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and it applies from then on.
